First Aid Training

During 26 and 27 of August 2017, GCP SA held another training in the field of first aid for the employees of the company. This time we stayed at the Jelenia Struga hotel in Kowary.

The first stage of the training consisted of theoretical part connected with exercises.

During the second stage of the training, employees took part in simulated events, which consisted of providing assistance to the injured, securing the place of the incident and summoning the emergency services.

That company was established in 1970 and it is one of the leading European producers of colour masterbatches at present. PLASTIKA KRITIS entered the markets of more than 50 countries worldwide which resulted from its modern technology and equipment, extensive experience and a wide range of the highest quality products.

Our production processes are based on the up-to-date engineering which makes use of the fully computerized quality control system to supervise each individual stage of the manufacturing process. Many systems have been designed and implemented by the team of engineers employed in our company. Our modern marking/identification system traces all our products and makes our stock management more efficient. We also operate another production facility which is located in Athens and which offers fillers and compounds for the production of garden furniture.

PLASTIKA KRITIS launched a wind power plant with the power rating of 7.6 MW in 2003. Hence, we started generating “green” power and also created a competitive source of power to cover the needs of our industrial setting. That power plant is being expanded at present to reach the capacity of 12 MW. Within the portfolio of the company, our clients can also find garden foils, geomembrane liners and PE pipes. Moreover, we recover plastics through recycling processes.

PLASTIKA KRITIS has been quoted at the Athens Stock Exchange since 1999.

ROMCOLOR was established in 1995 as a joint venture agreement between PLASTIKA KRITIS and local business units. That company is now a leading supplier of colour masterbatches in Romania and it is also a recognized exporter to the Central and Eastern European Countries.

ROMCOLOR manufactures a wide range of colour masterbatches and additive masterbatches. The company makes use of its computerized colour identification and matching system to create new colours extremely quickly and precisely. That helps in finding the most cost-efficient solutions to satisfy the clients.

Combination of the competitive advantage, flexibility, client-oriented approach and innovative potential makes ROMCOLOR a superb partner for the plastics industry.

SENKROMA SA, Istanbul, Turkey
SENKROMA was established in 1997. It offers considerable experience and skills in the production of high-quality tailor-made masterbatches for synthetic fibres. SENKROMA became part of the GLOBAL COLORS GROUP in 2001.

In 2003, the company transferred its operations to a new production site which can provide high productivity and adhere to the quality and safety standards as required. SENKROMA established its business development strategy and it plans to increase its production capacity threefold as well as to expand its laboratory so that new colours could be created for the synthetic fibres and plastics industries.

GLOBAL COLORS z.a.o., Petersburg, Russia
GLOBAL COLORS z.a.o. was established in 2006 and that company is entirely owned by PLASTIKA KRITIS. It was organized on the grounds of Stalker M (St Petersburg-based producer of masterbatches) and Global Colors Russia (distributor which placed the products of PLASTIKA KRITIS on the Russian market).

That company produces and sells a wide variety of colour masterbatches and Kritilen® additive masterbatches. Its offices and warehouses are located in St Petersburg and in Moscow, and it has a system of distributors which covers principal industrial regions throughout Russia.

GLOBAL COLORS operates modern machinery and it runs a research laboratory where all the technical equipment is available which is necessary to test the products and/or to develop new masterbatches.
